Dr. Salu George is the Co-Chair and Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Software Engineering at the School of Information Technology and Computing, 吃瓜爆料. Dr. George has over 20 years of experience teaching at different universities in different countries, including the United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Sharjah) and India. Dr. George holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from Magadh University (India) with a Master of Technology in Computer Science from B. R. Ambedkar University (India).
Dr. George’s teaching career started as a Lecturer in Government Polytechnic, India, and moved forward to the United Arab Emirates (16 years); He started with Sharjah College and then Troy University Sharjah Campus teaching various undergraduate programs. Further, he moved to the University of Jazeera Dubai and served as the Chair/Assistant Professor in Computer Science teaching core and advanced level courses. In 2014 he moved to Al Dar University College Dubai. He has served as the Chair - Teaching Resource Committee and was an active member of the Curriculum Development Committee in the School Of Engineering and Information Technology. He was also a part of the Student Advising Committee. He is an aspiring and growing researcher having published many papers in international conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
Currently, he is working as the Chair of Computer Science.
