An official transcript is a comprehensive record of your academic course work and progress at the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏÌýthat reflects earned degrees as well as credits accepted in transfer or by examinations

Students and alumni may obtain official transcripts from the Registrar's Office at any time by placing a request.

A review of the UNOF – Unofficial transcript on OpenERP is recommended prior to requesting an official copy.

It is standard practice that all official transcripts are sealed and stamped before release from the Registrar's office.

How to Request


Pay into the AUN Jaiz Bank Plc Account and receive a Bank Teller of the transaction or:
Use your AUN Bookstore Account

Your e-mail request should also include:
a.Ìý Your full name, Student I.D & Major
b.Ìý Date of birth
c.Ìý Telephone number/ Phone number of the recipientÌýat shipping destination
d.Ìý If the transcript(s) will be mailed, include theÌýrecipient'sÌýname, full address and phone number
